Frequently Asked Questions about Water Quality
For online orders:
If the customer purchased the item by mistake or has decided to return the product for any reason except for defective item, there will be a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping charges.
If the item is defective in material or workmanship, we will gladly exchange the product within the 7-day period. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item within 7-days after receiving the item.
If the item was damaged upon shipment, the customer has to claim damaged loss through the Freight Company.
We don’t give a refund or exchanges on filters and cartridges once they are opened.
For Hague products:
The customer has the right to recession within 3 days. After 3 days, all sales are final.
